Please note the following fees may be payable during your tenancy:

Please note that unless we specifically state per adult, then the fees payable are per tenancy

Prior to moving in to a property

Administration fee including referencing and credit searches £150.00 + vat per adult

Guarantor searches (if required) £30.00 + vat

Bond registration fee £50.00 + vat (per tenancy)

Contractual amendments (addition of special clause) £25.00 + vat

During your tenancy

Renewal of contracts £40.00 + vat per tenancy

Late payment of rent £45.00 + vat (per month)

Wasted call out/unnecessary call out in relation to maintenance £45.00 + vat

Lost keys – call out to open door £40.00 + vat (within 10 mile radius)

Removal/additional of tenant to contract £20.00 + vat

Moving out/termination of tenancy

Administration charge for checking out of the property – see attached table

Preparation of a landlords reference £25.00 + vat

Refund of rent (failure to cancel standing order) £25.00 + vat

Carpet clean £30.00 + vat (per room)

Replacement locks (where keys are not returned) £150.00 + vat

Replacement light bulbs £5.00 + vat (per bulb)

Battery replacement smoke alarms £10.00 + vat

Breaches of contract

Installation of pre payment meters £250.00 + vat per meter removal

Administration charge for re-inspection due to complaint/nuisance/general concerns £65.00 + vat
